Membership

CPEN membership is open to University of Chicago alumni currently investing capital in the following stages: angel/seed, venture capital, mezzanine financing, growth equity, buyouts, corporate venture, and other institutionalized private equity gatekeepers and limited partners. Alumni working in the various service provider industries that serve the private equity markets are invited to join CPEN as sponsors. CPEN is not open to students.

You can join CPEN's membership for the current rate of $100. As a CPEN member, you will have access to several resources to enrich your career:

• Free or discounted access to CPEN events
• Members-only access to bulletin boards discussing all areas of private equity including deal syndication solicitation, new deal announcements, current job postings (for portfolio companies and funds), searches for specific due diligence expertise, and more.
• Members-only access to CPEN membership directories with advanced search capability. This will allow you to identify CPEN members working for funds that match specific investment criteria.
